 Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere Worldwide. For ready stocks, most cues will be shipped from Sales Gallery while for the customised cue, most cues will be shipped out directly from workshop..

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. However, shipping times may take longer due to heavy traffic logistic issue. For customisation, it will take 3-5 weeks to craft.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Return

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return within the day of delivery date upon notification. Items must be in their original condition with valid reason and evidence as proof. Return is only applicable when we received the returned goods.

We reserve the right in justifying whether the order can be returned. Reasons such as intention to change design after crafting, slight different in measuring, personal preference, damaged caused by customers and etc will not be accepted. All items sold are not refundable.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

All return costs shall be paid by the customers.
